I have been in the real estate industry since 1986 and have achieved numerous sales awards.  While with Canada Trust Realty, I attained and retained “Sales Master” status….a minimum of 2.5 million Dollars in sales volume per year.  I achieved this level for five consecutive years.

I was the Top Sales Agent at Triland Realty Group in 1996.  Since then I have attained “President’s Gold Award” status every year.  This represents the top 10% of all Royal LePage agents nationally in the country. In 2006 I attained "Award of Excellence" status which represents the top 5% of all Royal LePage agents nationally in the country.

Over the years I have been successfully involved in the listing and sale of a wide variety of real estate including rural, recreation, new homes, resale properties and have assisted in apartment rentals.   In addition to residential resale, I have worked with various London developers and builders.

I grew up in London and am proud to say that I raised my two children here.  I have served on the Board of Directors of the YM-YWCA and am still an “actively involved” member.   I have served on committees of the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board including Professional Standards Committee.

I enjoy, and have enjoyed working with all levels of buyers and sellers, from first time buyers to estate and country property people.  Much of my business is referral work from cherished past clients, I do however always enjoy meeting and working with new clients.
